Your new role
As an Office Concierge, you will be handling the following core duties:
Facility Management (overseeing meeting room arrangements)
Office supply management
Other Administrative Support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong communication skills (Native Japanese & Business English, as you will be using English on a daily basis), background in hospitality/customer service, and intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
