Joining a Fortune 500 Firm, you will be responsible for covering Japan based recruitment activities in an established HR team of 20+ professionals. Focusing on mid-career areas, you will work directly with the Head of Talent to build and develop talent branding activities for the Japan market
Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting agenda for each position via various creative sourcing methods i.e. job boards, internal referrals, social marketing and events etc.
Pre-screen resumes, conducts phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring leader on next steps.
End-to-end recruitment, assisting hiring managers with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers.
Manages jobs and candidate pipeline via internal applicant tracking system
Acts as an brand ambassador when representing the firm to external counterparts
2+ years in talent acquisition and/or human resources experience in Japan market
Near-Native level all-round comprehension in Japanese, and ability to translate and interpret material between English ‐ Japanese
