One of America's famous B2B company supporting small businesses is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist with Japanese customers and coordinate with headquarters in America.
Your new role
As a customer support associate you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails regarding product inquiries and claims. This role is more than a customer service position as you will also be doing different tasks and assisting different departments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need speak, read and write native level Japanese and business English. You will need to have motivation to talk with customers and resolve issues, but also have patience and empathy. They are open to candidates of all backgrounds, but customer service experience is a plus.
