Your new role
As Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all back office functions including HR, GA, and compliance. This is a people management role working very closely with the business and global APAC offices on HR strategies and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in HR as well as people management experience. A strong track record of leadership and change management is key in this position.
