Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Propose a competitive marketing-mix and strategy for the products and customer portfolio - define necessary product ranges, technical claims and positioning, sales tools, product communication, and pricing
Lead and establish the Product Management division
Participate in high-level executive meeting and discuss strategic direction for the Product Management function (from strategic planning to execution)
8-10 years of Strategic Marketing/Product Management/Product Planning experience at management level
Strong leadership/ people development skills in managing teams towards achieving business objectives
Good understanding of both Japanese and foreign company culture preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience at top management leadership level - Senior Manager/Regional Manager/Director and above
Japanese native and English business level and above
Pro-active and result-driven mindset + flexibility to adapt to changes
