仕事内容 1. Secretarial and administration duties ・ You are in full responsibility of handling the entire back office / administrative processes of the SVP office which include the management of invoices, reimbursements and various other topics.

2. Meeting and event preparation ・ Beside the organization and scheduling of meetings in the SVP’s name, you will also be responsible for the event preparation of onside and offside meetings which includes the coordination with secretaries of other executive organs as well as the preparation of the venue.
Furthermore, you are in charge of preparing necessary documents for the meetings and check, if there are any unclear elements which would need further elaboration of the respective stakeholder.

3. Correspondence with internal and external clients
・ You will be in charge of contact management of all relevant clients which includes the cataloguing and preparation of business cards and other relevant personal information, e.g. birthdays. Moreover, you will be drafting letters to business partners in the name of the SVP

応募資格 ・Profound experience of secretarial and administrative duties, minimum 4 years of experience in similar field
・Excellent soft skills
・Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
・Basic knowledge of IT Hardware (Video & Telephone Conference Systems) to set up conferences
