Your new role
Your day to day responsibilities will contain range of business development tasks as well as maintaining/identifying existing/new clients. You will also be in charge of in-house advisory for all engagements with payroll issues and coaching team members.
What you'll need to succeed
* at least 3 years of working experience in BPO service companies
* either client management or business development experience
* at least 2 years of people management experience
* knowledge in Japanese labour law/payroll preferred
* Business Level English
