Your new company The leading foreign insurance company associating with strong brand value and major market share is urgently looking for customer service supervisor to join in the big family to strengthen and develop its business in Japan. Your new role The main responsibilities for the role are:
* Leading new Customer Satisfaction IT System's implementation by cooperating with other relevant teams. * Training and educating the new system. * Taking initiatives for increasing customer satisfaction and sharing feedback with stakeholders. * Data analyzing and providing insights report to contribute business strategy development.
What you'll need to succeed
* Have 7+years of working experience regarding customer service and client relationship management, preferably within insurance or finance industry. * Strong project management skill with the working experience across diffident organizational functions * Able to think and work creatively and taking initiative * Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
