||Global financial services firm seeks multipe bilingual HR Analysts- Associates to join their Tokyo operations
Your new company
A tier-one firm is expanding their operations with several new openings for career-driven, bilingual HR professionals to join their Inner Tokyo team. Due to a successful year with multiple internal promotions, the team is looking to back-fill and support their junior talent pool in developing areas across C&B, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and HR Advisory activities.
Your new role
You will work in a stable team supporting senior human resources specialists and business leaders. As an employee advocate, you will also act as a point of contact for any queries or questions. You will collaborate on the HR planning and strategic projects across departments.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a role that would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task across various business areas. For this role you will require
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 2+ years' experience in Japanese HR Operations and/or Recruitment exposure
* You will need to have strong communication and rapport building skills in Japanese (Native) and English (High Business) with ability to negotiate high-level matters
* Ability to work to a high degree of independence
* Capable of rapidly building strong, effective and trusted relationships and networks across employee and business lines
