We are seeking a new HR Business Partner who will focus on Talent Management. This HRBP will liaise closely with the business and provide comprehensive solutions to cope with challenges and achieve business goals. He or she will consult the management, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the unit, design an efficient organization structure and develop key talents. Managing daily labor issues and periodic needs such as recruiting and mobility are also this person's responsibilities. While reporting to Japan Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will work with several counterparts outside Japan.
Requirements include 5 years of HR generalist background in a leading global organisation. Native-level Japanese and a high business-level English are required. Strong communication skills including the ability to influence the business are required. Someone who works well in a multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders and report lines would be suitable. Previous exposure to the industrial, manufacturing, or hardware industries would be a plus.
