Our client is a multinational chemical and materials company with over 100 years of history. The business in Japan has about 200 employees and the HR department has a close and proactive relationship with overseas HQ.
Your new role
As L&D and Recruiting Specialist, you will be involved in strategic, analytical and hands-on aspects of talent acquisition and development. You will create and evaluate training programs according to business needs and monitor the quality of training delivered. You will be proactively advising HR manager and other business leaders on all cycles of training, while supporting recruitment at the same time.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum requirements for this position include 5 years' of L&D background in a foreign-affiliated company. Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required. This role requires hands-on execution but also involves analytical skills around data and surveys.
