||This new recruitment manager position will be in charge of all areas of hiring - both mid-career and new-grads. This position will be based in Sendai for the next 2 years until relocating to Kanagawa. He or she will be supported by 1-2 subordinates and will report to HR Director. Expected tasks include strategic planning of recruiting cycles, mapping out the market and resource pools across Japan, developing and retaining a healthy stream of candidates, liaising with internal clients and maintaining proactive relationships with recruiting agencies.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an international HR environment is a must. Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required. Suitable candidates should be mobile and should be able to drive. This role is key to this growing organization and this person will be supported locally and globally.
