・Maintain their standards and ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
・Create employee schedules, as required by business activity while ensuring that all positions are fully staffed.
||・Fluency in Japanese - Limited Working to Native Level
・Previous experience in food & drink service environment is a big plus
・Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to build relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
・Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
・Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday.
