||Identify new clients from Automotive industry for the IVI and ADAS solutions and build quick revenue streams.
Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (Automotive OEM and Tier1s) in Japan in order togenerate new business and to build upon business relationships.
Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide visibility for all focus competenciesAlign to business team’s revenue targets for each Quarter.
Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize business potential from each clientrelationship for sustained growthManage account level governance for sustained growth and client satisfaction.
Should be able to fix meetings with CXO/ VP/ Director levels.
Must have excellent communication, articulation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively.

||Required Skills and Experience
・Experience in Software sales for more than 5years
・Local Japanese candidates preferred but not mandatory
・Prior experience in working for Japan market will be added advantage
・Should be able to hunt for new accounts and RFIs/RFPs/RFQs (must have good network and info channels)
Preferred skills and expeiences:
Min. experience in specific field: 5 - 7 years preferably in Automotive field
