仕事内容 |
・Develop and manage regional marketing plans to attain enterprise lead targets and revenue goals; designing program components, deliverables, offers, metrics, timing and flow to drive business growth, support retention and build brand equity of Intellectual Property business unit ・Work with Marketing Director and core stakeholders including marketing, product marketing and sales leaders to creatively and effective plan and execute all aspects of events - project managing from beginning to end including all logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis for our participation in tradeshows, conferences, sales meetings, customer and partner events ・Develop and execute event strategies and tactical plans within budget guidelines and under strict deadlines ・Report program efficiencies based upon performance & ROI metrics; apply marketing intelligence to optimize programs accordingly and establish prospect profile(s) |
応募資格 |
・10+ years in B2B marketing with experience in digital marketing and event marketing. ・Bachelor level degree or professional qualification in marketing or related subject ・ Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives ・A commitment to driving & demonstrating ROI ・Experience developing & implementing program measurement systems in B2B Direct/Field Marketing; managing marketing campaigns to contribute to sales ・ Direct marketing experience required in either a client or agency setting ・Strong project and vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget ・Business communication skill and understanding of sales life cycle and eco-system is must ・ Excellent verbal communication, written and proofreading skills in both Japanese and English |
