・Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Arts, Psychology or any fields.
・At least 2-3 years of experience working in handling HRM (+HRD preferable)
・Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 700)
・Service mind, Polite, friendly, tactful and well presented to do the job and Can-Do attitude
・Good prioritization and follow-up skills, including the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
