||Job Title : Inside Sales Renewals Account Manager.
Employment Type : Full Time.
- Increase sales activity and pipeline of sales opportunities within the customer base.
- Follow up on all customer leads generated by Marketing.
- Leverage regional Channel contacts for customer engagement.
- Engage with customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on-time renewals and focus on customer retention.
- Become a product specialist with various product lines in order to best identify sales
- Drive attendance to local events and monthly webinars.
- Act as internal customer advisor ‐ i.e. Account ‘care and feeding’.
- Engage necessary departments upon need (i.e. Professional Services, Technical Support, Finance, Legal, Ops, Shipping, etc).
- Come up with ways to do things faster, better and more effectively while maintaining a laser focus on quality.
- Be fanatical about delighting our customers.
||- Technology Sales/Account Management experience is a must.
- Experience with renewals/renewals management a plus.
- Experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC), Oracle and other on-line tools effectively.
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate value over the phone.
- Ability to speak additional languages : Japanese or Korean, will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with calling on C-level executives.
- Able to facilitate large meetings with multiple points of contacts/players.
- Must be organised, detail and process oriented.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.
