||Position Title: Sales Manager - Manufacturing/Automotive/High Tech
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Employment Type : Full Time.
- Responsible for the overall Business Development activities in the Manufacturing/Hi Tech/Automotive Sector.
- Oversee and drive sales teams to overachieve targets, ensuring strong pipeline creation and qualification, sales cycle management and staff coaching and development.
- Create and Manage Channel Partner networks with the Regional Channel Sales Manager.
- Plan & Strategize marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels.
- Manage Exec client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
||- Must have a number of years of sales management and direct software sales experience to various Enterprise level cosutomers.
- You must be an experienced sales leader, coaching sales staff on how to sell up the
value chain. Ideally you would be comfortable selling advanced security to all levels of
large corporate organisations.
- Several years experience of hi-tech sales leadership roles.
- Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, software, or other security solutions.
- Understanding of broad range of security and networking technologies, market trends,
- MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
- Experienced managing teams across Enterprise segments with a track record of overachieving targets.
- Strong leadership with contacts at C level across large corporate organisations.
