Key user of our Applicant Tracking System ‐ Workday, provide coaching and clear guidelines to Recruiters and resolve concerns or address queries as well as update with all recruitment features of WD to team.
Identify improvement area in recruiting process through strong partnership with regional TA team.
Maintain relentless focus on the global consistency in processes and programs being
developed at India.
Working with Recruitment Analysis to translate, create, and maintain TA reports based on local customer requirements.
Processing of TA invoices for relocation, job boards, agencies, candidate travel.
