||Position Title : Manager, Management Reporting & Analytics, Corporate FP&A
Functional Area: Finance
Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent
Education Preferred: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent).
Prepare management presentations related to forecasts, quarterly close, and budgeting.
This will require a balance of putting pen to paper and coordinating with other teams to
generate slide commentary.
Generating analysis for overall financials, as well as some key management metrics.
Hands-on analysis as well as coordination with other teams performing analytics will be
required. The results of the analytics will need to be summarized for management presentations.
Defining requirements to have pieces of the above processes and deliverables automated where possible.
Helping coordinate execution of all processes above.
Communicate across regional and global management teams to ensure smooth coordination of the above processes, including identifying and resolving issues that may arise in the process and related data.
Support FP& A team with ad-hoc with other tasks as the need arises.
Role may grow into managing a team with responsibilities as outlined above.
||Business Level English and Japanese.
Out-of-box thinker who can lead an organization through change, and provide ideas

Flexibility in maneuvering through frequent process and system changes to produce the
