||Support Chief Customer Value Officer for and with regards to:
Management Reporting - responsible for generating key reports and presentation
materials/slide decks for the management meetings. Collecting data/information
from the various sources and/or LOBs as necessary. Working on various ad hoc requests
for Customer Value Organization
Preparation & Alignment for Business Reviews ‐ materials & people,
including Executive Management Committee, Board of Directors’ Meeting, Business
Coordination ‐ Responsible for cross-functional issues within the Customer Value
Organization and with other LOBs, supporting and driving greater collaboration
in delivering customer oriented solutions.
Capability Assessment - Supporting the review of organizational capabilities
and effectiveness in developing/delivering product solutions and marketing campaigns
Tracking of Goals and Objectives - Evaluating and tracking progress on annual goals
and objectives and key projects. Helping to identify and escalate key issues
and related solutions
Supporting the cascading of communication throughout the Customer Value Organization
Budget Management ‐ negotiation, alignment, approval,
proactive tracking & management of the budget.
||8+ years of relevant experience; experience working for an International/Multinational
insurance company or an Financial institution would be a plus.
Insurance Industry experience highly valued
Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English. Ability to communicate
clearly and concisely to the senior leaders within both Customer Value Organization
and other functions.
Strong multi-tasking capability and experience.
Thinks Strategically ‐ Sets direction aligned to the company’s strategy,
applying external and global perspective to meet local and global needs.
Bilingual business writing, communication and presentation skills (English/Japanese).
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in Japanese and English.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Solid communication skills, including but not limited to team building and facilitation,
cross-functional project management, and the ability to keep everyone aligned
Superior time management skills.
Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (MBA)
Japanese: Native, English: Business level fluency
A good self-starter who can work as a team
Ability to pro-actively work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize work, anticipate and meet established deadlines
