The reporting analyst will define, manage the development and monitoring of performance metrics to support implementation of innovative process improvements under the COO organization.
・ Business plans － Together with the business segments under the COO organisation, develops strategic business plans and methods for tracking progress, and monitors and manages the quality of the progress.
・ Analysis and reporting － Comes up with a plan to analyze and report on performance, collects key performance metrics from various sources and uses management analysis tools to complete complex analyses
・ Performance metrics and reengineering processes － By collaborating with business segments under the COO organization and beyond, develops new performance measures and internal benchmarks to support process analysis and reengineering activities. Improves existing benchmarks so that plans remain competitive.
－ Experience in insurance industry performance, metrics and reporting, potentially from an equity analyst perspective
－ Numerically astute with ability to analyze, sort and summarize large volumes of data from multiple sources
－ Organized, impeccable presentation ＆ communication skills
－ Ability to work effectively with the team
－ Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve quality improvement
－ A sharp eye for detail
－ Demonstrates ability to relate well and understand the needs and interests of different business segments in order to develop collaborative relationships
－ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
