■Contract Negotiation:With the new client, negotiate and agree on a Recruitment Service Agreement.
■Client Meeting: Learn and understand a detailed specification of client’s requirements from the client.
■Candidate Search: Search and source candidates through multiple different sourcing methods such as scouting on job boards, headhunting, referral, participating in networking events and so on.
■Candidate Meeting: Once you successfully source a candidate, conduct an interview with the candidate to understand the needs in their job search. Provide the candidate with necessary information of the job and the client and affirm their intentions to apply.
■Candidate Introduction: With a resume of the candidate, make an effective candidate introduction to the client.
■Interview Arrangement: Once the candidate’s resume is passed in the resume screening by the client, schedule an interview between the candidate and client.
■Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for the interview to be successfully done.
■Interview Follow-up: Conduct post interview meetings with the client and candidate respectively to get feedback from both parties and provide them with appropriate advices and supplemental information or explanation accordingly to keep maximizing the chance for a successful placement.
■Offer Letter: After a verbal offer to the candidate is given from the client after the completion of the whole interview process, prepare an offer letter, on which the necessary conditions are settle and written. Negotiate and arrange on each condition with the client on behalf of the candidate accordingly.
■Follow-up: Provide follow-ups to candidates before and after the candidate’s employment with the client.
