● Solutions Sales Specialist の仕事内容：
He / She will be focused in driving sales for Global Trade Management database as well as Cloud based software solution, targeting large to medium sized corporations in Japan, with possible future expansion to sell software in other domain including but not limited to Legal and Global Tax. Solutions Sales Specialist will be focused in driving sales for Global Trade Management database as well as Cloud based software solution, targeting large to medium sized corporations in Japan, with possible future expansion to sell software in other domain including but not limited to Legal and Global Tax.
・ Grow sales working together with solution consultants to deliver gross sales within Japanese corporations will cover entire sales process ranging from lead generation to deal closure
・ Major emphasis on opening up new business, both within existing accounts and new customers
・ Keep abreast of the FTA/EPA related news
・ Drafting and preparing proposal documents
・ Renewal of existing business
・ Timely reporting of the sales activity and maintaining Salesforce at all times for accurate forecasting
・ Bachelor Degree or equivalent
・ Over 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales role with a good track record, or has been involved in generating activity with a good track record and is looking to make carrier change into sales.
・ Relevant and demonstrable previous sales experience in a B2B environment
・ Detailed understanding of a solution sales process
・ Ability and willingness to generate own leads
・ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
・ Fluency in spoken and written English preferred
・ Self-motivated and strong personal drive and energy to exceed expectations.
Knowledge & Skills:
・ High level understanding of the global trade management challenges, regulatory changes impacting customer’s day to day operation
・ Software solution sales (solution selling)
・ Demonstrates a significant degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness
・ May act as an advisor to senior management in area of expertise１
