||・ Requires at least eight years of progressive experience in human resources, with a specialization in training and development.
・ Requires a track record of success in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet organizational objectives.
・ Requires in-depth knowledge of training techniques, methods, approaches, theories, programs, and materials.
・ Candidate must have demonstrated experience in partnering with line managers to define and develop training programs, securing buy-in, ownership and support.
・ Must have experience with “train the trainer” programs and conducting training programs at all levels in the organization (management, supervision and line MCs) in a variety of content areas.
・ Requires at least three years of supervisory experience with significant leadership and program management responsibility.
・ Ability to set and manage against objectives and schedules, and effectively coordinate and manage internal and external and resources.
・ Ability to utilize sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
・ Requires demonstrated skill in interpersonal relationships, platform training, making presentations, negotiations, and excellent verbal and written communications.
・ Strong team building, group facilitation, process improvement, and project management skills required.
・ Computer proficiency with ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
A bachelor’s degree in psychology, organization development, human resources, management or closely related field (or equivalent education and experience) is required. A human resources management certificate or designation as a PHR or SPHR is helpful. A master’s degree in business or closely related field is preferred.
