||Key objectives of the role:
Digital Visionary, in partnership with Brand Communications Team, to lead the development of content and communication plans to drive digital initiatives for our prestige skincare and make-up product marketing
Provide new and innovative brand communication proposals through the digital lens to evolve the digital footprint of the Brand
Devise a strategic content mapping in line with the consumer journey and amplify contents to build a strong brand presence throughout consumer touch points.
Responsible for driving the planning and development of digital contents, initiatives, programs and campaigns, including online brand and product advertising, social media, mobile and website deliverables
Ensure global digital marketing excellence across the region, ensuring brand and consumer experience excellence
Main areas of responsibility:
Digital Marketing Management
Create and drive digital marketing and communications plans across all online programs including website, social media, online media, mobile, e-Commerce in both owned and paid media.
Ensure that the brand website content, strategy and promotion drives ROI for cross-functional objectives, including Sales/Commercial, Retail, Product arena
Work with regional marketing teams to align plans supporting key seasonal communications around key product stories and brand initiatives.
Responsible for editorial calendar planning and channel planning while collaborating with other team members to create content that is inspirational, enriching, and insightful.
Work with regional digital and PR teams to supervise seasonal planning of social media plan, plus ongoing statistics, user-generated content, consumer feedback/ interaction
Work with key partner agencies to develop, maintain and grow our online communities; gather community input for future product and program innovation.
Integrate digital seamlessly across retail, PR, events, advertising, media and brand experiences
Support global campaigns as well as online engagement generated for online initiatives (i.e. product catalogue, brand stories, blog, rich media online ads, micro sites and social media applications
Oversee the creative process from concept to launch of digital executions
Ensure brand excellence and accuracy of seasonal update of product catalogue and experience online

At least 8 years working as a regional/ global Digital lead at a recognized interactive agency or multinational consumer and/or prestige brands in the global digital marketing, social media marketing and or eCommerce activation space
Ideal candidates will have both integrated Brand Communications Marketing and e-commerce experience
Proven track record in leading and delivering on major integrated Digital Campaigns on a regional/ global level
Proven track record in leading teams and agencies, working across different functions related to digital marketing including digital media marketing, SEM, SEO, e-commerce, social media, mobile development, web development, analytics, CRM and user experience
Solid experiencing working and aligning with global counterparts, and ensuring global brand excellence
Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
