仕事内容 |
Client Facility Management - Manage onsite team (2 staff) - Finance: budget management & tracking, funding, invoice and PO check with regional finance team. - Communicate with clientand taking care of general FM and small projects, - Vendor management: manage and communicate onsite vendor staff. - Contract management: track and renew vendor and client contracts. - Daily request - General admin/client support - Manage BCP sites and branches : attend power down event and other ad-hoc events. |

- experience of facility management - Good communication skill - Jpanese (native or native level) - English (Business level - writing, reading & speaking require to attend Conf Call - Staff management - Strong client service mindset and commitment - Corporate, support and team work spirit |
