||Objective of Job: Lead new product development, sales channels, promotional activities of the company in order to capitalize on the commercial vehicle value chain, providing and developing customer and market focused value-added products and services. The position should consistently meet high standards and operate in a compliant and efficient manner.
1. Sales and new business acquisition
Drive and monitor acquisition volume and other set targets, such as OP penetration, FF share of business, RORAC and insurance penetration.
2. Brand partner, Dealer & Customer Relationship
Establish FF as their preferred financial services partner for MFTBC, dealers and customers. Collaborate closely with MFTBC to enhance cooperation and alignment, initiating & overseeing the financial products to support Dealers selling commercial vehicles.
Implement DRM and CRM strategy and best practice processes; such as FF value chain training for dealers, etc.
Meet and exceed Dealer and Customer Satisfaction Index target.
3. Marketing Activity Management
Develop and implement co-branding and communication initiatives align with Brand Partner. Manage sales promotion measures to drive the business. Manage creating marketing tools/goods and conducting events to enhance dealer/customer relationship
4. Product development
Develop financial products to enhance the business and improve penetration rate. Develop, improve and align maintenance service products to support Brand Partner sales.
1. Education & Work experience
・ Degree in Economics or Law (or a background in Banking, Financial Services Sales and Marketing)
・ Automotive Captive, Dealer Relationship Management, Contract Origination & Management, Remarketing and Credit Operations, Financial Sales, minimum 5 years in relevant working area
2. Special Knowledge
・ Solid knowledge of Leasing/Financing products, domestic financial and corresponding legal laws
・ Excellent communication & analysis skills
・ Basic Accounting & Taxation knowledge
・ Solid knowledge of maintenance products
・ Ability to work inter-disciplinarily with other departments
・ Fluently spoken & written Japanese and conversation in English
