仕事内容 The Japan MD Recruiter works closely with Senior Leadership at the company to identify, cultivate and attract talent to support the growth of our Operating Groups at the company. Successful candidates must have the proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, candidates, HR Leadership, and the broader recruitment team, develop, deliver sustainable in-house sourcing programs including personal direct sourcing andend to end candidate managed, reporting on progress in a meaningful and actionable way. This role is a manager, strategic advisor, and delivery role.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with the business, lead and deliver the strategy for MD recruitment for a number of DTEs (Business Units)
in co-ordination with our Managing Director sponsors, HR Business Leads, and Regional/Global recruitment leads

Be responsible for end to end candidate management from initial contact to Offer and transition effectively to MD Integration/HR on joining
Drive direct sourcing of candidate pipelines both directly and in conjunction with in-house Sourcing Teams
・Manage the research of external marketplace/industry trends
・Monitor external competitor analysis and provide marketplace intelligence to Business Leads and Country Leadership
Focus on diversity hiring providing the team with the needed support and tools to achieve our firm wide Inclusion & Diversity goals
・As needed, manage strategic search firm relationships with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners
・Develop business cases including Total Compensation Offer, providing guidance to hiring managers and leadership in line with our Total Reward Principles
Work closely with peers in leadership recruitment on a global basis to assist in global leadership assignments and projects as needed
・Help streamline the recruiting process and work closely with the HR Business Partners
応募資格 ・10+ years recruitment experience preferably with a mix of Search and Professional Services firms
・Minimum of 3-years Executive level recruitment experience
・Pipeline management experience
・Experience working in a global environment ‐ preferably in a matrix structure
・Experience recruiting in professional services, technology, industry

年収・給与 ~1200万円
