||●Lead and manage Local HR Function to add value to the organization
●Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies
●Working with line management for developing respective teams
●Manage recruitment process
●Support performance management
●Support implementation of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts, for example talent management and succession planning initiatives
||●Minimum of 5 years of progressive work in HR, preferably in an international organization.
●Experience working in the Retail industry as HRBP or HR.
●Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for Retail Store Staffing
