・To source, underwrite and execute investment deals for MIJ （including office, logistics and service apartments）, including securing non－recourse loans from lenders, documentation with related parties, and deal structuring with law/accounting/tax firms.
・To work with other teams （such as AM, PM, LM, DM and Finance） to plan and execute business plans to optimise asset performance and returns.
・To work closely with Finance team on cash management, such as distribution forecast and property/SPC－level payments.
・To support preparation of investment committee presentation materials/papers by working closely with Japan team and HQ.
・To support regular reporting to HQ and fund investors on asset performance （such as asset revenue, opex, and variance explanations） and Japan market trends.
・To support planning and execution of new business platforms.
