・Train and educate the organization and implement continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to 6 Sigma, 5S, Lean, OEE and others.
・Responsible for discrete categories of business process improvement opportunity including tracking and improving productivity, reducing downtime, improving data integrity and reporting, and developing improvement plans based on accurate data.
・Supports a high standard of ethical behavior ensuring compliance and safety as a top priority across all activities business meetings, training, job design, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance.
・Ensures product quality, simplicity, scalability and sustainability. Establishes and manages systems for “right first time” performance and incorporates this philosophy in the continuous improvement teams.
