||・ Actively participate in all phases of the investment process from property acquisition and due diligence, asset management to disposition
・ Financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation of real estate investments （new opportunities and existing projects） to support acquisition, asset management, and divestment activities
・ Drafting of investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations
・ Quarterly reporting for both internal and external client needs, including quarterly reports, valuations, webcasts, business plans, budgets, etc.
・ Day－to－day communication with operating partners, architects and other professionals supporting execution of the business plan
・ Organizing site tours and supporting presentations to clients
