・ Within the Client Management of CIB, Tokyo Client Services team’s main objective is to provide its clients with a top range of services and ensure dedicated follow up is made of its services.
・ Working closely with different Global Markets teams ( Sales , Business manager , Middle and Back Office, etc. ) , metier ( FI ) and products ( Equity, Commodities, Credit, FX and Interest Rate derivatives, etc. ), Tokyo Client Services Team engages all level of management internally and externally in developing operational efficiency to advance the firm’s relationship.
・ Overall, through a dedicated operational relationship and a single point of contact, the team is responsible for the client satisfaction on any Post trade services
Manage Client Queries & New Requests
・ Ability to respond quickly to any queries or new requests ( covering Confirmation , settlement , valuation explanation etc.) from both external & internal client(s) in a timely manner
・ Help Clients to navigate the Bank (between departments locally & also across locations)
・ Operational definition & setup ‐ for any new business or product initiative(s)
・ Ensure escalation of any incidents or key issue to Head of Client Services & Local Management in a timely manner
・ Day to day Responsibilities
・ Client valuation setup & reporting (covering Fixed Income products)
・ Assists with any new operational definition & setup requirements ‐ for new business or product initiatives
・ Create monthly performance reports for offshore funds (fund derivatives)
・ Handing Ad-hoc sales & client queries such as performance of pricings, dividend/coupon/redemption/settlements, funds and general queries outside of BAU operations
