仕事内容 ・Act as first line support for front office on queries about order process, system, non-standard contract, pricing, etc. Advise how these should be managed successfully but within the guidelines of SOX compliance and internal commercial policy.
Liaise with operation teams for order processing, billing/credits procedures, etc., by product, by system.
・Operate contracts creation, order processing, user ID management, billing related queries, and other type sales activities, using Salesforce platform.
・Administer complex deals in collaboration with front office and operation teams
・Assist internal/external clients in debt collection and reducing long term/complex billing issues
・Assist key strategic clients in managing subscription users
・Develop customers’ relationships to address administrative issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve
・Work directly with clients to deliver administration service improvement programs by promoting benefits to clients and providing training and support
・Support dispatching contract documents and obtaining signed contracts from customers
・Address any gap in the administrative process that prevents business performance and assists to deliver the improvements
応募資格 ・Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting or working within a sales and/or an administration team.
・Client-facing job experience is preferable.
・Multi-tasked. Excel at execution ‐ quick and accurate.
・Working experience in fast-pacing/fast-changing environment is essential.
・Excellent communication skills in writing, telephone, meeting management, questioning & listening, influence & negotiations, and global collaboration
・Critical thinking ‐ analytic, objective and creative to deliver solution.
・Team focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional partners to achieve objectives.
・Flexible and adaptable.
・Native level in Japanese. Business Level in English (TOEIC: 700+ or equivalent).
・Working experience in banking or security business is preferable
