||Relationship Marketing exective plays a critical role in helping to evolve the tripartite relationship marketing model leveraging owned pet owner data.
The role provides support, insights, and education to the Digital & E-commerce team on all aspects of relationship marketing as well as having a direct impact to deliver the best in class consumer experience.
・Support the Digital&E-commerce team to develop the RCJ TRM/CRM strategy in collaboration with pillar markeing team, Digital marketing and Technical account exective.
・Make consumer consumer fun, create reasons to visit physical shop and VET clinic through digital, and elevate our brand reputaion to the best in class among competitors. If consumer chooses e-commerce channer for shopping, let them stay at my.royalcanan.jp rather than letting them move to discounting e-players.
・Maximize the number of pet owner data leveraging both internal and external resources.
・Lead all TRM/CRM initiatives and projects, e.g. Life-stage e-mail, Ambassador event, Online-To- Offline call to action, integration of consumer and prescriber experience at HNLP, royalty program for our product users.
・Develop and execute key initiatives which drive and gain TRM value chain in collaboration with Digital marketing and Technical account executive.
Specifically focus on Qualified Pet Shop(QPS) at my.royalcanin.jp and create best practices in order to encourage them to participate in the QPS program.
・Contribute to grow the my.royalcanin.jp to the best in class from the retention pointo of view.
・Consistently think about how we can influence and how we can provide great new experiences to our consumers through digital & analogue technology.
・Maintain an active awareness on industry trends as well as search best practices and ensure ongoing TRM/CRM strategy development.
・Serve as the internal expert on TRM/CRM leveraging own pet owner data.
・Define and continuously measure KPIs to asseses the TRM/CRM strategies and execution capabilities.
