||・Understand Japanese and global market environment for assigned products and customer needs across multiple stakeholders such as patients, physicians, media and employees.
・Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
・Ensure that assigned products have a clear strategies and roadmap on how it will develop a communications capability, aligned with Area and Affiliate strategy, Brand Planning process, and Brand Team direction with the supervisor.
・Plan communications strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members as instructed by the supervisor
・Take an initiative in external communications like press release, media interview and press event in alignment with Global and Area Communications members.
・Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as patient group, physicians, media and employees.
・Manage crises and issues communication by collaborating with the supervisor .
||□Essential Skills & Abilities:
・Public Relations experience and skill
・Preference for an individual with Healthcare PR, Communication experience
・Ability to drive for results and translate strategy into flawless execution
・Ability to manage activities across a multi-disciplinary teams to achieve Brand targets
・Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
・Knowledge of the media, Advocacy, the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
・English & Japanese skills:Reading,Writing and Speaking - Fluency Required
・Bachelor's degree required, medical or communication related major is plus
・More than 5 years’ experience in communications
・Pharmaceutical experience or medical industry experience is preferable, include experience in PR agency working with pharmaceutical/medical industry client
・Experience of managing brands in a commercial capacity
・Experience in working with Commercial environment
